摘 要:阳离子染料是染色腈纶的专用染料,但欲增加其染深性较为困难,实际生产中经常遇到匀染性差、生产成本较高等问题。在阳离子染料染浴里添加有机溶剂苯甲醇,可以有效改善腈纶纤维的结构性能,增加其染深性。同时,通过调节染液pH值,采用适当的红外线染色程序,可探求得到经济可行的工艺条件。实验表明,经苯甲醇作用后的染色腈纶,其织物表观色深明显增加,并获得了较好的匀染性和水洗牢度,相比匀染剂AN具有更为经济实用的优点。Cationic dye is special for polyacrylonitrile fiber, but it is very difficult in dyeing through the core. In practice, the price of cationic dye for polyacrylonitrile fiber is high and uniform staining is poor. By mixing some organic solvent such as benzyl alcohol in the dye bath, the structure of polyacrylonitrile fiber will be improved and equal penetration will be obtained. Meanwhile, adjusted pH values of dyeing solution and appropriate infra-red dyeing process are applied to find out the economical and viable process conditions. Experimental results indicate that solvation of benzyl alcohol for dyeing of polyacrylonitrile fiber is significant to improve the apparent color depth of polyacrylonitrile textile and the solvation gives the textile good level dyeing and wash fastness. Compared with leveling agent AN benzyl alcohol is more economical and practical.
