摘  要:研究和比较了β-二酮金属配合物和金属皂的热稳定效能,提出了聚氯乙烯(PVC)用锌基热稳定剂中β-二酮的作用模式,在此基础上提出锌基热稳定剂中β-二酮与锌皂协同作用的"多重交织可逆酸碱反应"机理。与传统的"交换再生"机理相比,该机理能从多方面揭示锌基热稳定剂热稳定效能的影响因素及规律性,并解释了锌基热稳定剂协同作用现象。An idea of the mode of action of β-diketones in zinc-based heat stabilizers for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) was posed by investigating the heat stabilizing efficiencies of some metal diketonate complexes incomparison with the corresponding metal soaps, Baseo on tins result, a mechanism of synergism in zinc-based heat stabilizers, refered as "multiply interweaved reversible acid-base reaction" mechanism, was put forward. By applying the new mechanism instead of the traditional "exchange-regeneration" mechanism, the influenc- ing factors and rules for heat stabilizing efficiencies of zinc-based heat stabilizers could be revealed more comprehensively and the synergetic phenomenons in zinc-based heat stabilizer systems could be explained.
