摘　　要：江苏太湖洞庭东山王氏家族自元末以来至今便兴旺发达,长盛不衰。究其原因,实与该族以忠厚传家,气节相尚和亦官亦商有密切关系。Wang clan is a famous family who has produced many talented people since the last phase of Yuan Dynasty. In modern history,Wang Ao＇s descendents has more than 500 academicians and professors. The paper found that Wang clan＇s Homilies for Families like honest and tolerant,tolerance and loyalty,to be official-merchant are the real reason.
