摘　　要：《国家干部》是作家张平以他如椽巨笔直言诤谏"权谋文化"丑恶现状的一部大气磅礴之作,作品才气勃发地勾勒出一幅酣畅淋漓的当代政治画卷,以多样的手法塑造了心系百姓、殚精竭虑、忘我工作、以民生为重、为民请命的具有非凡能力、超强魄力、坚韧毅力、忠于人民的国家干部夏中民的形象,反映了人民群众参与政治意识的觉醒,体现了对传统"清官"意识的思索,揭示了干部选拔任用机制的弊端,一方面不懈地呼唤法治,另一方面提出了重视思想文化建设的重大主题。然而作品在艺术上未使形象创造实现圆形人物的立体与丰满。the National Cadre is a masterpiece in which the author ZHANG Ping hits straight on the ugly current situation of the ＂Trickery Culture＂.The work draws the vivid outline of the contemporary Chinese politics with scintillation,and with various skills portrays the figure XIA Zhong-min,the national cadre who has unusual ability,extremely strong vigor,tough perseverance and loyalty to the people,concerning himself for the common people and exhausting himself and working selflessly,attaching importance to the people’s livelihood,pleading for the life of the people.It reflects the wakefulness of the consciousness of political participation of the masses,and embodies people’s pondering on the traditional consciousness of＂honest and upright official＂,and it also reveals the malpractice of the system for selecting and appointing cadres.On the one hand it calls for rule of law perseveringly,on the other hand puts forward the great theme of valuing the construct of thought and culture.However,it doesn’t turn character creation into the solid and fullness of round character artistically.
