摘  要:阐述了构建民主学习氛围的理念,使学生心情舒畅,思维敏捷,使实验课堂形成知无不言,言无不尽的气氛。提出了鼓励大胆质疑,欢迎课堂争论,发挥创造想象,萌发创新意识,激发创新欲望,鼓励创新思维,保护创新激情,培养创新理念,培育创新个性的建议。论述了教育评价要评价学习态度,探索求真能力、求异思辨能力、实验设计能力、实验操作能力、实验创新能力、知识应用能力的观点,实现对学生实验创新的导向作用。从而探索培养创新人才的道路。This paper presents a concept of building a democratic learning atmosphere. This concept can make students feel comfortable and quick-witted, so the experimental classroom can form a atmosphere laid to rest. We put forward the following suggestions: encouraging to question boldly, welcoming classroom debate, creative imagination, germinating innovation sense, stimulating innovation desire, encouraging innovation thought, protecting innovation passion, cultivating innovative ideas, fostering innovation and personality. Simultaneously, the education should evaluate the learning attitude, explore the truth ability, seek unconventional speculative capacity, design ability, operate ability, experiment innovation, apply knowledge ability, and realize experiments on the role of the students. Thus the way to cultivate innovative talents was proposed.
