全运会田径比赛医疗卫生保障实践与探讨

摘　　要：第十一届全国运动会田径赛在济南奥体中心体育场举办。建立了田径竞委会医疗卫生处。确定医疗卫生保障工作的重点是防控甲型H1N1流感，快餐的食品卫生和兴奋剂监测，以及可能出现的拥挤、踩踏和群体事件。成立了三个管理组，负责医疗救护、卫生监督和疾病预防控制。制定了人员职责及各项规章制度，进行人员培训和充分的物质准备。在体育场四个观众入口及一个车检人口设立了体温检测点，使用非接触式电子体温计。送餐盒饭均接受检查。强调多部门协作。医疗卫生保障工作网满完成，但也存在一些问题。保障人员工作时间负荷过重，建议今后要储备替补队员。The track and field event of the Eleventh National Games was held in the Olympic Sports Center Stadium of Jinan. A Medical and Health Department was set up under the Track and Field Competition Committee. The focal points of its work were identified as prevention and control of influenza type A H1N1, monitoring of food hygiene and doping control, and prevention of trampling and group events. Security project and contingency plans were developed in advance. Three management groups were established to be responsible for medical care and first aid, health inspection, and disease prevention and control. Responsibilities of the personnel concerned and relevant rules and regulations were scheduled. Training was conducted. Sufficient storage of necessary materials was prepared. Body temperature checking spots were set up at the 4 spectator entrances and one entrance for public vehicles where noncontact electric clinical thermometers were used. The packed meals had to be checked. Statistical forms should be finished and delivered every day. Colaboration of multiple sectors were necessary. In fact, the medical and health security work was finished excellently. However, there still were some problems. The working time was too long, so substitutes are needed.
