摘　　要：目的:探讨无症状高尿酸血症(HUM)患者血清炎症因子水平与颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性。方法:测定73例男性无症状HUM患者(HUM组)和42例男性健康体检者(对照组)血清超敏-C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)的水平及颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(IMT)。分析无症状HUM患者血清中炎症因子水平及其与颈动脉IMT的相关性。结果:HUM组血清hs-CRP、IL-8、ICAM-1水平较对照组增高,颈动脉IMT明显增厚,差异均有统计学意义。血尿酸水平与IMT呈正相关,相关系数r为0.381(P<0.01)。结论:无症状HUM患者血清炎症因子(hs-CRP、IL-8、ICAM-1)水平升高,血尿酸水平与颈动脉IMT呈正相关。Objective：To study the relationship between hyperuricemia（HUM）and carotid arteriosclerosis in patients without gout symptoms.Method：Blood samples and clinical data were obtained from 73 HUM without gout symptoms,and 42 healthy controls.Serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）,interleukin-8（IL-8）,intracellular adhesion molecule 1（ICAM-1）and SUA were analyzed.Carotid artery intima media thickness（IMT）,an indicator of arteriosclerosis,was measured with ultrasound assessment in two groups.Result：Serum levels of hs-CRP,IL-8,ICAM-1 and IMT increased significantly in HUM patients compared with that in controls.The HUM level was related with IMT positively（r=0.381,P0.01）.Conclusion：The serum hs-CRP,IL-8,ICAM-1 and IMT levels is significantly elevated in patients with HUM and SUA is positively related with IMT.
