芪蓉润肠口服液在老年腹股沟疝合并便秘患者围手术期的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨芪蓉润肠口服液在老年腹股沟疝合并便秘患者围手术期的应用疗效。方法回顾性分析我科2007年12月至2009年12月收治的930例老年腹股沟疝合并便秘患者临床资料，其中服用芪蓉润肠口服液（芪蓉组）710例，服用通便灵（对照组）220例，观察患者术后24h、72h及1周的排便情况及进行术后疼痛评分。结果术后24h、72h及1周，芪蓉组能正常排便患者分别为587例（82．6％）、612例（86．2％）及647例（91．1％），不良反应4例（0．5％）；对照组分别为158例（71．8％）、172（78．1％）及181例（82．3％），不良反应8例（3．6％）。结论芪蓉润肠口服液治疗老年便秘患者疗效肯定，起效快，不良反应少，可作为老年腹股沟疝合并便秘患者围手术期的辅助治疗用药。Objective To investigate the application of Qi-Rong-Run-Chang oral solution during perioperative period in patients of inguinal hernia complicated with constipation. Methods The clinical data of 930 patients of inguinal hernia complicated with constipation in our department from Dec 2007 to Dec 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. There were 710 patients taking Qi-Rong-Run -Chang oral solution （Qi Rong group） and 220 patients taking Tong-Bian-Ling （control group）. The defecation and postoperative pain were observed at 24 h, 72 h and 1 week after operation. Results In the Qi Rong group, there were 587 （82.6%） cases with the first postoperative normal defecation at 24 h, 612 （86.3%） cases at 72 h, and 647 （91.2%） cases at 1 week after operation. And there were 4 （0.5%） cases with adverse reactions. In the control group, there were 158 （71.8%） cases with normal defecation at 24 h, 172 （78.1%） cases at 72 h, and 181 （82.3%） cases 1 week after operation, and there were 8 （3.6%） cases with adverse reactions. Conclusions Qi-Rong-Run Chang oral solution is effective for the gerontal patients with constipation and has a rapid onset of action with fewer complication.
