摘 要:选用3个切花菊品种为母本,4个盆栽小菊为父本,以3×4不完全双列杂交(NCII)设计衍生的12个家系实生苗为材料,估算了菊花(Dendranthema×grandiflorum)7个观赏性状的配合力和群体遗传参数。结果表明:(1)花径、舌状花数和舌状花长主要由加性基因效应控制,株高和叶长主要由非加性基因效应控制,叶宽和舌状花宽可能由加性和非加性两种基因效应共同控制。(2)‘早意红’在7个观赏性状上均具有正向的一般配合力(GCA)效应,综合表现较好;在培育重瓣性高的品种时,‘Herby’可以作为重要亲本;‘Herby’ב玉满堂’,‘青心红’ב早意红’和‘红雀舌’ב03-11-2’杂交组合在大部分性状上具有正向的特殊配合力(SCA)效应,杂种后代综合表现较好。(3)群体配合力方差及其对杂种贡献率表明,除舌状花宽外,其他6个观赏性状具有不同程度的母本效应;7个观赏性状广义遗传力(h2B)差异较大,其中舌状花宽最小,为59.56%,舌状花数最大,达80.40%;除舌状花数的狭义遗传力(h2N)达到80.40%外,其他6个性状的低于50%,说明舌状花数的遗传稳定性高,早期世代时应增加选择压。The combining ability and genetic parameters were estimated for 7 ornamental characters in F1 progenies of 12 cross combinations of chrysanthemum(Dendranthema × grandiflorum)hybridized by using a 3 × 4 incomplete diallel cross design(NC II)with three cut-chrysanthemum cultivars as female parents and four potted chrysanthemum cultivars as male parents. The results showed that:(1)Flower diameter,ray floret number and ray floret length were controlled mainly by additive gene action,while plant height and leaf length were controlled principally by non-additive gene action. In addition,leaf width and ray floret width might be controlled both by additive and non-additive gene action.(2)‘Zaoyihong’ had a positive general combining ability(GCA)effect for the 7 ornamental characters involved herein, and‘Hereby’could be used as an important parent in hybridization breeding program aiming for preferable double flowers. The three cross combinations,i.e‘.Hereby’בYumantang’,‘Qingxinhong’בZaoyihong’ and‘Hongqueshe’ב03-11-2’,performed quite well special combining ability(SCA)regarding mostof the 7 ornamental characters.(3)Variance of population combining ability and its contribution to hybrid progenies suggested that there was a maternal heredity effect for all the ornamental characters studied except ray floret width. The heritability in broad sense(h2B)of the 7 characters ranged from 59.56%(ray floret width)to 80.40%(ray floret number). The heritability in narrow sense(h2N)were lower than 50% except ray floret number amounting to 80.40%. These indicating that ray floret number belonged to high heritability characters and selection pressure should be increased for this character in earlier selection.
