摘 要:Ets转录因子是细胞外基质(ECM)的重要调节因子。随着Ets调节靶基因频谱的扩增,其在不同病理和生理过程的作用逐渐被认识。在肿瘤浸润和转移过程中,通过Ets因子调控基质降解蛋白酶获得公认。研究表明,Ets在ECM重塑方面起着重要作用,参与肾脏上皮-间充质转分化过程。病理状态下,异常的Ets功能变得更为复杂。Ets因子在肿瘤侵袭过程中的作用主要与酶的转录激活有关,如丝氨酸蛋白酶、基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)和基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制物(TIMPs),这些酶参与ECM降解。作者就近年来转录因子Ets在肾脏ECM重塑中作用的研究进展进行综述。Ets transcription factors are critical mediators of extracellular matrix(ECM)remodeling.As the spectrum of Ets-regulated target genes wides,so does their role in various pathological and physiological processes.Regulation of matrix degrading proteases by Ets factors in tumor invasion and metastasis is well established.Studies have shown that Ets factors play an important role in regulating ECM remodeling.This aspect of Ets function has been shown to contribute to renal epithelial-mesenchymal translation during development.On the other hand,abnormal Ets functions have been implicated in pathological processes.The role of Ets factors in tumor invasion is mainly related to transcriptional activation of enzymes that are involved in ECM degradation such as serine proteases,matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs) and their inhibitor(TIMPs).This paper reviewed the research proceeding of the fuction of Ets transcription factors in renal ECM remodeling.
