摘　　要：业务运行管理系统是遥感卫星地面系统业务运行的组织和管理中心,但是不同的遥感卫星地面系统因其业务和功能设置不同,其业务运行管理系统在设计上也千差万别。本文分析了业务运行管理系统的特点、国内各个遥感卫星地面应用系统业务运行与管理的共性与特性,设计了一种具有树状层次结构的适合多种遥感卫星地面系统业务运行管理的通用业务模型,并且引入了面向对象技术进行业务运行管理系统的流程设计。该业务模型和系统流程设计方法兼具通用性和可扩展性,既能够适应不同的遥感卫星地面应用系统的业务运行管理系统的设计与实现,又能够通过灵活配置与扩展,在设计和实现中适应业务不同的需求和业务种类的变化。The operational management system is the operating and organizing center of remote sensing satellite ground system.Because of the differences in business and functions,different ground operational management systems have their special design.This paper analyses the characteristics of the operational management systems in China and investigates their commonality and specific feature.Then the authors design a generic tree hierarchical structure model,which can be used to various kinds of ground operational management system of remote sensing satellite,and put forward the flow design of the operational management system based on object-oriented technology.The business model and flow design have the advantages of versatility and extensibility.It not only can meet the demands of different ground operational management systems of remote sensing satellites,but also fit the changes of business requirements and types by flexible configuration and extended attributes during the course of design and implementing.
