替米沙坦联合应用比索洛尔与贝那普利时对改善肾血管性高血压大鼠左室重构的差异

摘　　要：[目的]对比替米沙坦和比索洛尔联合应用与其和贝那普利联用治疗肾血管性高血压大鼠的降压效果及其对左室重构的作用。[方法]建立两肾一夹高血压大鼠模型,SD大鼠43只随机分为:假手术组(A组,n=10);高血压组(B组,n=11);比索洛尔+替米沙坦组(C组,n=11);贝那普利+替米沙坦组(D组,n=11);每两周给大鼠测量鼠尾动脉压和超声心动图;20周后采集标本,用放射免疫法检测心肌组织中胶原Ⅲ、胶原Ⅳ及心钠素。[结果]各组血压分别为:B组(174.37±17.91)mmHg,C组(151.68±11.04)mmHg,D组(130.44±15.36)mmHg,与C组比较,D组血压下降明显,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);各组的相对室壁厚度为:B组(0.37±0.07)mm,C组(0.68±0.06)mm,D组(0.53±0.05)mm,与C组比较,D组相对室壁厚度下降明显,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);各组胶原Ⅲ含量分别为:B组(56.18±16.69)ng/100 mg、C组(43.19±8.56)ng/100 mg、D组(35.52±5.28)ng/100 mg,胶原Ⅳ含量为B组(8.99±3.19)ng/100 mg、C组(6.15±1.38)ng/100 mg、D组(4.80±0.64)ng/100 mg;与C组比较,D组胶原Ⅲ、胶原Ⅳ含量下降明显,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。[结论]在降压和靶器官保护方面,替米沙坦和贝那普利联用较之和比索洛尔联用效果更好。[Objective]To compare the effects of combined medication of telmisartan with bisprolol on left ventricular remodeling in two kidney one clip hypertensive rats.[Methods]Forty –three SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups：sham group（group A,n=10）;hypertension group（group B,n=11）;bisoprolol ＋ telmisartan group（group C,n=11）;benazepril ＋ telmisartan group（group D,n=11）.The blood pressure and echocardiography of the rats were detected every 2 weeks.After 20 weeks,rats were sacrificed,the heart tissues were collected,the concentration of collagen Ⅲ,collagen Ⅳand ANF were detected by radioimmunoassay.[Results]The blood pressures of each group were（174.37±17.91） mmHg of group B,（151.68±11.04） mmHg of group C,（130.44±15.36） mmHg of group D.RWT of every group：（0.37±0.07） mm of group B,（0.68±0.06） mm of group C,（0.53±0.05） mm of group D.Group D＇s was lower than group C＇s（P〈0.05）;The concentration of collagenⅢ of rats in each group were（56.18±16.69） ng/100 mg of group B,（43.19±8.56） ng/100 mg of group C,（35.52±5.28） ng/100 mg of group D.Group D＇s was lower than group C＇s（P〈0.05）.The concentration of collagen Ⅳ of rats in each group were（8.99±3.19） ng/100 mg of group B,（6.15±1.38） ng/100 mg of group C,（4.80±0.64） ng/100 mg of group D,Group D＇s was lower than group C＇s（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]D group has better effects in reducing blood pressure and protecting target organ than C group.
