ENG与SPG在中老年眩晕者诊断中的临床意义

摘　　要：[目的]探讨眼震电图（electronystagmography,ENG）及铺放海绵垫的静态姿势描记（static posturography,SPG）两种前庭功能检查在中老年眩晕者诊断中的意义。[方法]应用ENG与SPG对96例40~69岁的眩晕患者进行检查。[结果]96例患者中ENG异常者70例（72.92%）,SPG异常者84例（87.50%）,两项结果均异常者66例（68.75%）、均无阳性发现者8例（8.33%）。[结论]ENG与SPG是重要的前庭功能检查方法,二者联合应用能够提高前庭功能检查的敏感度,为眩晕性疾病的诊断提供依据。[Objective]To detect the significance of the electronystagmography（electronystagmography,ENG） and the static posturography（static posturography,SPG） in the vestibular function examination in adult and senior patients suffering vertigo.[Methods]Ninety-six,40 to 69 years old vertigo patients were examined with static posturography（SPG） by stanging on a foam with closing eyes and then with electronystagmography（ENG）.[Results]ENG abnormal were 70 in the 96 cases（72.92%）.SPG abnormal were 84 of them（87.50%）.Patients with both abnormal were 66（68.75%）.Eight patients showed no positive finding（8.33%）.[Conclusion]The combination of ENG and SPG is valuable in the diagnosis of vertigo by improving the sensitivity of vestibular function examination.
