肱骨近端解剖型钢板治疗Ⅳ型肱骨外科颈骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨肱骨近端解剖型钢板治疗NeerⅣ型肱骨外科颈骨折的方法及临床疗效。[方法]应用肱骨近端解剖型钢板治疗NeerⅣ型肱骨外颈骨折50例,经1-2年随访,根据术后肩关节Neer评分法进行评分。[结果]50例中优40例,良7例,可2例,差1例,优良率达94%。[结论]NeerⅣ型肱骨外科颈骨折应以钢板内固定手术治疗为好,肱骨近端解剖型钢板是理想的内固定方法。[Objective]To explore the method and the clinical effectiveness of proximal humeral anatomical plate to treat the humerus surgical neck fractures（Neer Ⅳ）.[Methods]Fifty patients with humerus surgical neck fractures were treated by proximal humeral anatomical plate.All of the cases were followed up for 1 to 2 years.Therapeutic effect was evaluated according to the Neer Score.[Results]In the 50 cases with type of the Neer Ⅳ,the evaluation was excellent in 40,good in 7,and fair in 2,poor in 1 case.The rate of excellent and good was 94%.[Conclusion]It is a good choice to treat the humerus surgical neck fracture（Neer Ⅳ） with the surgery of the internal fixation.Proximal humeral anatomical plate is a realizable internal fixation method.
