摘　　要：目的探讨加压螺钉结合带刺垫片治疗后交叉韧带(PCL)胫骨止点撕脱性骨折方法及可行性。方法采用加压螺钉结合带刺垫片治疗PCL胫骨止点撕脱骨折17例,骨折固定牢固,术后早期进行功能锻炼。结果患者均获得随访,时间6～24(12.5±4.1)个月。术后6周膝关节活动度为(117.4±6.4)°,6个月为(139.6±5.5)°,较健侧减少3.1°±1.1°。采用Sanders膝关节评分法评估疗效:优10例,良5优,可2例。结论应用加压螺钉结合带刺垫片治疗PCL胫骨止点撕脱骨折方法简单,固定可靠,效果良好。Objective To explore the method and feasibility of using cannulated compression screw and odontoid spacer to treat the posterior cruciate ligament avulsion fracture.Methods Seventeen patients with posterior cruciate ligament avulsion fracture were treated by internal fixation with cannulated compression screw and odontoid spacer.All fractures were fixed firmly,and early postoperative functional exercises were performed.Results All cases were followed up for a period of 6 to 24 months（12.5±4.1 months）.The ROM（range of motion） of knee joint was 117.4°±6.4° at 6 weeks after surgery,139.6°±5.5° at 6 months after surgery.And the decrease is 3.1°±1.1° in average compared with the uninjured side.According to the Sanders Scoring System for knee joint function evaluation,10 patients were graded as excellent resuls,5 good and 2 fair.Rate of excellent and good result was 88.3%.Conclusions Using cannulated compression screw and odontoid spacer to treat posterior cruciate ligament avulsion fracture is simple,reliable,which provides satisfactory curative effect.
