四氢原小檗碱同类物对吗啡依赖小鼠戒断症状的影响

摘　　要：以环丙羟丙吗啡催促吗啡依赖小鼠戒断为模型，观察了四氢原小檗碱同类物对其戒断症状的影响．结果表明：ｌ四氢巴马汀（ｌＴＨＰ）、ｌ千金藤啶碱（ｌＳＰＤ）和ｄｌ四氢巴马汀（ｄｌＴＨＰ）３种药物采用１５、３０、６０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１剂量腹腔注射，均可显著抑制小鼠跳台反应，降低跳台次数，减少体重下降．ｌＴＨＰ和ｌＳＰＤ的上述作用具有剂量依赖关系（Ｐ＜０．０５或０．０１）．提示该类药物可缓解吗啡依赖小鼠戒断症状，对临床戒毒治疗可能具有应用价值．Effects of tetrahydro proto berberines(THPBs) on the diprenorphine (5 mg·kg -1 , ip) precipitated withdrawal syndromes in morphine dependent mice were studied. The results showed that l tetrahydropalmatine ( l THP)、 dl tetra hydropalmatine ( dl THP) and l stepholidine ( l SPD), at doses 15, 30, 60 mg·kg -1 respectively, were able to inhibit significantly mice incidence of jumping, frequency of jumping and body weight loss, respectively. The above effects of l THP and l SPD were dosagependent( P <0.05 or 0.01). It was concluded that THPBs could reduce withdrawal syndromes in morphine dependent mice, suggesting that it may be useful to detoxification clinically.
