64层螺旋CT对评价门静脉病变的价值

摘　　要：目的利用64层螺旋CT研究肝门静脉病变的情况。方法回顾性分析自2005年10月至2007年10月期间在我院因疑肝、胆、胰等病变行上腹部增强及CTA检查的病人共245例。结果245例病人中发现门静脉病变120例,其中门静脉高压52例,门静脉癌栓48例,门静脉海绵样变10例,门静脉主干受侵犯20例。结论64排MSCTA可清晰显示门静脉血管病变,发现细微征象,为临床制定、优化治疗方案及评估疗效提供客观详细的影像学依据。Objective To evaluate the value of 64-slice spiral CT angiogrpahy in displaying portal vein involved in hepatic diseases.Methods 245 patients were selected to analysis that performed the abdominal CT scan from October 1,2005 to October 31,2007 in our hospital.Results Among 245 patients,diseases of portal vein were found in 120 patients.Portal hypertension was found in 52 patients,tumor embolismus in portal vein in 48 cases,cavernous transformation of portal vein in 10 cases,portal vein invaded in 20 cases.Conclusion 64-slice MSCTA could definitely demonstrate the affection of vessels,especially subtle changes,therefore,could be used for optimizing therapeutic regimen and evaluating therapeutic effect.
