硝苯地平缓释片及依那普利片舌下含服治疗高血压危象的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察硝苯地平缓释片和依那善利片单独使用与两药合用的降压疗效.方法将高血压危象患者45例随机分为3组,其中每组15例.对照1组单含服硝苯地平缓释片,对照2组单含服依那普利片,治疗组同时含服硝苯地平缓释片及依那普利片.结果治疗组降压效果在时间内达标,优于对照1、2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论硝苯地坪缓释片联合依那普利片舌下含服,对高血压危象患者降压效果在时间内达标,其方法简单、方便、迅速、安全有效,无副作用,可作为高血压危象患者的应急用药.Objective To observe the antihypertisive effects of single use of extended release nifedipine tablets or enalapril tablets and combination of these two drugs.Methods Forty-five patients with hypertension crisis were randomly divided into three groups（15 patients in each group）：control group 1,control group 2,and treatment group.Patients in control group 1 and control group 2 were given only extended release nifedipine tablets and enalapril tablets,respectively.Patients in the treatment group received these two drugs simultaneously.Result The antihypertisive effects of combination of two drugs in the treatment group were better than control group 1 and control group 2（P 0.05）.Conclusion Sublingual extended release nifedipine tablets and enalapril tablets can get ideal antihypertensive effects in time for patients with hypertension crisis,and it is a simple,convenient,rapid,effective,and safe treatment method for patients with hypertension crisis
