补气固表法对变应性鼻炎鼻黏膜免疫抑制因子IL-10、TGF-β的干预作用

摘　　要：目的研究补气固表制剂对变应性鼻炎鼻黏膜免疫抑制因子IL-10、转化生长因子TGF-β的干预作用。方法选豚鼠制作变应性鼻炎模型,不同浓度补气固表制剂干预后,RT-PCR方法检测鼻黏膜IL-10、TGF-β的含量变化。结果不同浓度中药干预后,显示变应性鼻炎IL-10、TGF-β含量下降(P<0.01),补气固表制剂对IL-10、TGF-β的分泌有明显的刺激作用,使含量恢复正常,较对照组相比有明显差异(P<0.01),但两组浓度的干预作用无显著差异。结论证实补气固表制剂对变应性鼻炎IL-10、TGF-β有刺激作用,从而对改善炎症有促进作用,进一步对该药治疗变应性鼻炎的有效性、安全性和靶向性进行了验证。Objective To determine an effect of BUQI GU BIAO on the expressions of IL-10 and TGF-β in nasal epithelia from guinea pigs with experimental allergic rhintis. Methods The animals were treated with BUQI GU BIAO at different doses for a indicated time, expressions of IL-10, TGF-β in nasal epithelia were assayed by RT-PCR. Result IL-10 and TGF-β in nasal epithelia obviously decreased in the model animals to compare with the normal group （P〈0.01）. After being treated with BQGB, expressions of IL-10 and TGF-β remarkably increased to compare with the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion BUQI GU BIAO is effective on the regulations of IL-10 and TGF-β in nasal mucosa from individuals with allergic rhinitis, and it may protect nasal mucose and keep a balanced stats of nasal function.
