星状神经节阻滞治疗突发性聋的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察星状神经节阻滞疗法治疗突发性聋的临床疗效。方法采用历史对照法,比较近期联合应用联合星状神经节阻滞疗法治疗的69例突发性聋患者与此前单纯应用常规疗法治疗的71例突发性聋患者的临床疗效。结果联合疗法组痊愈率43.5%(30/69),总有效率91.3%(63/69),而对照组痊愈率为15.5%(11/71),总有效率50.7%(36/71),疗效差异的统计学意义非常显著(P<0.01及0.05)。结论星状神经节阻滞疗法治疗突发性聋疗效明显。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of stellate ganglion block therapy on sudden hearing loss based on a clinical observation. Methods Included in this study were 69 patients with sudden hearing loss treated by stellate ganglion block plus routine medical therapy as the treating group. Meanwhile, another group of patients （71 cases） with this lesion, treated before by simple medical therapy, were taken as a history control to compare their therapeutic effects on such a condition. Results The curative rate was 43.5% （30/69） among the cases of treating group, with a total effective rate of 91.3% （63/69）, while the curative rate was only 15.5% （11/71） among those cases of controlling group, with a total effective rate of 50.7% （36/71）. The differences in the indicators of therapeutic effect were highly statistical significance （P〈0.01 and 0.05 respectively）. Conclusion Stellate ganglion block therapy is significantly effective for the treatment of sudden hearing loss.
