中药益气固本法治疗变应性鼻炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察益气固本法治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的疗效及其对血清嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白的影响。方法 32例常年性变应性鼻炎患者,口服益气固本之中药复方制剂"鼻炎1号"胶囊3个月,疗程结束时评价疗效,并分别于治疗前、后检测血清嗜酸性细胞阳离子蛋白水平进行比较分析。结果经系统治疗后,本组病例总有效率86.52%,同时伴有血清嗜酸性细胞阳离子蛋白水平的明显下降。结论益气固本之中药复方制剂"鼻炎1号"治疗变应性鼻炎安全有效。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of treating principle of Qi-boosting root-securing in terms of TCM on patients with perennial allergic rhinitis （PAR） and its effect on eosinophil cationic protein （ECP） in serum of these patients. Methods Included in this study were 32 cases with PAR treated by orally taken Rhinitis Capsule I , for which the formula was composed of herbs based on Chinese medicinal theory of Qi-boosting and root-securing, for three months. By the end of treating course, therapeutic effect was evaluated among these patients. Meanwhile, serum levels of ECP were measured among them before and after the therapy respectively for a comparative analysis on the association of ECP change with the intervening effect of medicine. Results Following the systematic treatment with Rhinitis Capsule I , 86.52% of total effective rate was evaluated among this group of cases, with parallel declined serum level of ECP following the treatment simultaneously. Conclusion The therapy of Rhinitis Capsule I is safe and effective for the treatment of PAR based on the treating principle of Qi-boosting and root-securing according to the basic theory in TCM.
