Nd:YAG激光联合辛芩片治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察Nd:YAG激光联合辛芩片治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)疗效。方法 252例AR患者随机分为联合组和对照组,联合组(156例)利用鼻内Nd:YAG激光组织凝固术和辛芩片口服治疗(辛芩片,每次2.4g,每天3次,20天为一疗程,连服2个疗程);对照组(96例)单纯口服辛芩片,每次2.4g,每天3次,20天为一疗程。连服2个疗程。结果联合组显效102例,有效46例,无效8例,总有效率94.9%。对照组显效32例,有效40例,无效24例,总有效率75.0%。2组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用Nd:YAG激光配合辛芩片治疗AR能显著提高疗效。Objeetlve To observe the therapuetic effect of YAG laser combinded with Xinqin tablets on allergic rhinitis（AR）. Method Totally AR 252 patients were randomly divided into the union group and the control group.The union group （156 cases） was treated by YAG laser combinded with Xinqin tablets （Xinqin tablets, each time 2.4 grams, daily 3 times, 20 days are a treatment course, including take 2 treatment courses）. The control group （96 cases） was treatde by orally Xinqin tablets purely （Xinqin tablets, each time 2.4 grams, daily 3 times, 20 days are a treatment course, including take 2 treatment courses）. Results In the union group, 102 cases were cured,46 cases improved and 8 cases showed no effect, the total effective rate was 100%. In The control group, 32 cases were cured,40cases improved and 24 cases showed no effect, the total effective rate was 75.0%.The difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion YAG laser combinded with Xinqin tablets in the treatmentofAR is a safe ,simple procedure, and can significantly improve the curative effect.
