摘　　要：基础地质工作问题关系到找矿理论和技术问题,在为经济建设服务的同时还肩负着解决很多基础科学问题。地质工作如果只注重经济效益而轻视社会效益,就会影响社会的和谐发展。当前我国地勘行业存在着市场运作不规范、行业准入制度不合理、行业垄断、恶性竞争等问题。应加大基础地质工作投入力度,实行公益性地质项目公开投标、资质管理社会化,建立完善的地质勘查市场运行机制,以加强地勘行业管理。The paper points out that if we only focus on economic and neglect the social benefits,the harmonious development of society will be affected.In light of the following problems:operations of the market are not standardized,industry-access system is unreasonable,there are also trade monopoly and unhealthy competition;the paper offers some specifi c methods,these include:investment will be increased in the fundamental geological work;open tender will be implemented for the public geological projects;socialization of qualification management;establishing a sound market operation mechanism of geological exploration to enhance the management of geological prospecting industry.
