摘 要:本研究采用健康雄性SD大鼠,青年组(3月龄)20只,老年组(26月龄)40只,通过Moris水迷宫行为学测试,将老年大鼠分为老年记忆减退组(简称老年减退组)和老年记忆正常组(简称老年正常组)。用免疫细胞化学、组织化学双标技术定量分析内侧隔核-斜角带(septummedialis-diagonalbandofBroca,SM-DB)中神经生长因子受体(nervegrowthfactorreceptor,NGFR)、一氧化氮合酶(nitricoxidesynthase,NOS)阳性神经元各亚群。老年减退组大鼠和老年正常组大鼠相比较,SM、斜角带垂直支(verticalDB,vDB)、斜角带水平支(horizonalDB,hDB)中NGFR-NOS双标神经元数量明显下降(P<001),其下降幅度为2884%,2333%和2035%;NGFR单标神经元在SM、vDB和hDB中也呈明显下降,其下降值为4043%,4324%,3306%;NOS单标神经元的数量较老年正常组有显著下降(P<005),下降幅度分别为1724%,2000%和1860%。相关分析表明,受试大鼠逃避潜伏期与双标神经元、NGF?male healthy SD rats, 20 of young (3 months) and 40 of old (26 months ), were examined with Morris water maze. The old were divided into senile memory deficiency rats (SMD) and senile normal rats (SN).The subpopulations of NOS and NGFR neuron of SM-DB complex were analysis qualitively and quantitatively. There were 3 kinds of neuron in NGFR-NOS double labeled preparation. The number of NGFR-NOS double labeled, NGFR single labeled and NOS single labeled neuron is SM-DB complex of SMD had a significant decrease than that of SN. That of SN and the young no significant difference. The reduction of NGFR single labeled in SM-DB of SMD is most obvious in three kinds of neurons. The decrease range of the NOS single labeled of SMD was smaller than that of others. There were significant correlations between the mean escape latency of the examined rats and the number of double labeled, the NGFR single labeled, and NOS single labeled neuron.
