金水六君煎对老年小鼠气管粘膜影响的研究

摘　　要：研究金水六君煎对老年小鼠气管气膜的影响。方法：用金水六君煎为老年鼠灌胃，取小鼠气管，在扫描电镜下观察气管内粘膜及纤毛的情况。结果：与对照组比较，金水六君煎组老年小鼠气管内粘膜上皮及纤毛脱落，纤毛倒状、粘连轻于对照组。结论：金水六君煎可防止老年小鼠气管内粘膜上皮及纤毛的脱落。Objective: To study the morphological changes of tracheal cilia in senile mice treated with Jin-shui-liu-jun-jian decoction. Methods: above mentioned decoction was perfused into the stomach of senile mice before they were killed. The morphological changes of their tracheal cilia were examined by SEM. Results: As compared with the control group, the mice treated with decoction showed the following morphological changes: 1. Less separation of tracheal epithelium, 2. The cilia were less adhered and bent. Conclusion: This decoction has preventive effect of against the degenerative changes of the tracheal epithelium and cilia of senile mice.
