摘　　要：肌醇作为一种维持动物生理功能必需的营养素，被广泛的应用于鱼、虾等水产养殖中。本文对肌醇的性质、肌醇生产的新工艺及其在水产养殖中的应用做了综述。并对应用中的问题做了讨论。Being a kind of nutrient which maintains physiological function, Inositol is widely used in aquieuhure, such as fish and shrimp. In this article the character of inositol, its new production technique and application in aquicuhure are reviewed. Some matters which appeared in application are also discussed.
