摘　　要：目的：探讨使用钛镍记忆合金髌骨爪治疗髌骨骨折的临床效果。方法：分析8例使用镍钛记忆合金髌骨爪治疗髌骨骨折的患者的临床资料,观察其术后骨折愈合及膝关节功能恢复情况。结果：随访6~12个月,8例骨折均获得骨性愈合,膝关节功能良好,优良率100%。无皮肤刺激、骨折移位、内固定松动或断裂及骨性关节炎等并发症。结论：钛镍记忆合金髌骨爪治疗髌骨骨折,操作简便、有效、手术损伤小、并发症少,有利于术后早期功能锻炼,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Nickel-Titanium memory alloy patella concentrator in the treatment of patella fracture.Method Eight patients with patella fracture were treated with Nickel-Titanium memory alloy patella concentrator from March 2008 to February 2009.The healing of the fracture and recovery of the function of knee were investigated.Results By 6～12 months follow up showed that all the patients obtained osteal healing and had excellent score by knee joint functional assessment,the rate of excellent or good results being 100%.Neither skin irritation or displacement of the fractures,loosening,breakage of the internal fixation,nor such complications as OA occurred.Conclusion The Nickel-Titanium memory alloy patella concentrator for patella fractures is consistent with the principle of biomechanics internal fixation,which is simple,effective,less invasive and fewer complications and allows early exercise.It is worth promoting.
