摘　　要：目的:探讨CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术的临床应用价值及并发症的发生率。方法:对78例肺部肿块患者进行CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检细胞学涂片阳性率、组织病理学阳性率、恶性肿瘤阳性率、并发症发生率进行分析。结果:细胞学涂片阳性率80.8%(63/78),组织病理学阳性率94.9%(74/78),恶性肿瘤确诊率91.9%(68/74),气胸发生率11.5%(9/78)。结论:CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术在肺部肿块的诊断和鉴别诊断中具有安全、准确、简便等优点。Objective To study the clinical value of CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy and the incidence of complications.Method Total 78 cases of lung tumor received CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy,and the cytologic smear-positive rate,the histopathologic positive rate,the positive rate of malignant tumors,and the incidence of complications were analyzed.Results The cytologic smear -positive rate was 80.8%（63/78）,the histopathologic positive rate was 94.9% （74/78）,the malignant diagnosis rate was 91.9%（68/74）,and the pneumothorax occurrance in 11.5%（9/78）.Conclusion CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy has the advantages of safe,accurate and easy in lung tumor diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
