摘　　要：本文研究了谷氨酸钠、牛磺酸、DMPT和复合型诱食剂对施氏鲟(Acipenser schrencki)生产性能、体成分和血液生化指标的影响。试验设5个处理,其中处理1为对照组,其余处理分别添加1%谷氨酸钠、1%牛磺酸、0.04%DMPT和复合型诱食剂(0.02%DMPT+0.1%谷氨酸钠+0.1%甜菜碱),每个处理设3个重复,每一重复6尾鱼,试验共进行8周。结果显示:与对照组相比,添加0.04%DMPT组特定生长率和增重率显著升高(P<0.05);添加1%谷氨酸钠组特定生长率、增重率、血清总蛋白、碱性磷酸酶显著降低(P<0.05),球蛋白极显著降低(P<0.01);添加1%牛磺酸组和添加复合型诱食剂组对生产性能未产生影响,添加1%牛磺酸组血清球蛋白显著降低(P<0.05),添加复合型诱食剂组肌肉水分含量显著降低(P<0.05)。实验表明:0.04%DMPT对施氏鲟具有较好的诱食作用;1%谷氨酸钠对施氏鲟的生长和免疫均有抑制作用。Effects of sodium glutamine, taurine, DMPT and compound feeding attractant on growth, body composition and serum biochemical indexes of sturgeon（Acipenser schrencki ） were studied.The trial was constituted with the five treatment groups（each treatment with triplicale）.The group one was set as control group, the other groups were added with 1% sodium glutamine, 1% taurine, 0.04% DMPT and compound feeding attractant（0.02% DMPT＋0.1% sodium glutamine＋0.1% betaine） individually.Sturgeon with similar size were randomly distributed into 15 aquaria with 6 fish of per aquaria, the trial was conducted for 8 weeks.The results showed that comparing to the control, special growth rate and weight grouth rate in the group adding 0.04% DMPT were significantly increased（P〈0.05）;Whereas, special growth rate, increased weight rate, serum total protein and alkaline phosphatase were remarkably decreased（P〈0.05）, serum globulin decreased extremely（P〈0.01） in the group adding 1% sodium glutamine;Additionally, there were no effects on the growth in the group adding 1% tautine and compound feeding attractant, respectively, of which serum globulin were extremely decreased（P〈0.05 ） in the group adding 1% tautine, and muscle moisture were decreased significantly（P〈0.05） in the group adding compound feeding attractant.In conclusion, adding 0.04% DMPT could improve fish feeding, cput, adding 1% sodium glutamine would inhibit the growth and immunity of sturgeon.
