摘 要:危险品制造行业生产过程涉及大量产品成分含量的分析工作,其分析的时效性、准确性对产品安全生产、质量控制、工艺优化、节能减排等具有重要意义。本文提出将在线近红外光谱分析技术应用于危险品制造过程中的监控,以某企业黑索金产品生产为例,利用近红外光谱分析技术快速分析其生产过程中硝化液、结晶液中硝酸含量,预测绝对偏差平均值小于0.3%,满足企业检测再现性要求,可实现生产过程的在线分析。In the production process of danger manufacturing industry, there are a lot of component content analysis works needed to be worked out, of which timeless and accuracy have great significance for the safety of production, quality control, optimization of process, energy-saving and emission reduction, etc. In this paper, we proposed on-line near infrared spectroscopy technology applied in the supervision of production process in danger manufacturing industry. And took the production of RDX for example, we used near infrared spectroscopy technology to quickly analyze its nitric acid contents in digestive juice and crystalline liquid, of which MAD (mean absolute deviation) is less than 0.3%. It can meet the requirement of enterprise test reproducibility and enable the on-line analysis of production processes.
