摘 要:通过当前高校教师对终身体育的理解及其参与体育锻炼的现状进行分析,以期来探究高校教师终身体育锻炼意识的重要性及其实现途径,为增强其体质、健全身心发展提供科学理论依据。研究结果显示,高校教师体育锻炼现状不容乐观,普遍存在对终身体育锻炼意识的认识浅薄,参与的积极性不高,这也在一定程度上影响了高校教师的身体健康状况。因此,有必要开展高校教师终身体育锻炼意识的影响因素研究,为今后高校教师参与体育锻炼,以及终身体育锻炼意识的形成奠定基础。The paper aims to analyze the current university teachers on lifelong physical understanding of the status of their participation in physical activity analysis,with a view to explore the college teachers awareness of the importance of lifelong physical activity and its implementation means,in order to enhance their physical,mental and physical development of a sound scientific theoretical basis.Studies suggest that physical activity status of college teachers can not be optimistic about the prevalence of life-long physical exercise shallow understanding of consciousness,active participation is not high,it has to a certain extent,affected the health status of college teachers.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out life-long physical training college teachers awareness of the impact of factors for the future university teachers to participate in physical exercise,as well as life-long physical activity lay the foundation for the formation of consciousness.
