三位一体综合护理对帕金森病并抑郁疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨音乐、针刺、运动三位一体综合护理对帕金森病(PD)并抑郁疗效的影响。方法将46例PD并抑郁病人随机分为2组:治疗组24例和对照组22例。治疗组采用三位一体综合护理及心理疏导加PD常规药物治疗;对照组采用心理疏导加PD常规药物治疗。2组在治疗前、治疗后8周采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)进行评分。结果总有效率治疗组为91.67%,对照组为63.64%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后8周HAMD评分治疗组为(19.02±4.82)分,对照组为(23.45±4.79)分,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对PD并抑郁病人加用三位一体的综合护理治疗效果更好。Objective To explore the effect of the trinity comprehensive care,i.e.music,acupuncture,exercises on the patients with depressive symptom of parkinson＇s disease （PD）.Methods Forty-six cases of depressive symptom of PD were randomly divided into two groups：24 cases in treatment group,by trinity comprehensive care,psychological guides plus PD normal therapy and 22 cases in control group,by PD psychological guides plus normal therapy.the treatment before and treatment after eight week of HAMD scoring in two groups.Results After 8 weeks,the effectiveness of the treatment group （91.67%） were higher significantly comparing with that of the control group （63.64%）.There was marked difference between two groups （P0.05）.The HAMD scores of the treatment group （19.02±4.82） were reduced significantly after eight weeks of treatment comparing with that of the control group （23.45±4.79）.There was marked difference between two groups （P0.05）,and the HAMD scores after 8 weeks of treatment reduce strikingly.Conclusion The trinity comprehensive care could improve the treatment for depressive symptom of PD patients.
