高效液相色谱法测定天麻首乌胶囊中大黄素的含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定天麻首乌胶囊中大黄素含量的方法。方法高效液相色谱法测定天麻首乌胶囊中大黄素的含量。色谱柱为C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(80:20),检测波长为254nm,柱温为40℃,流速为0.8ml/min。结果大黄素在2.4504μg/mL～12.252μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.99995),平均加样回收率为96.82%,RSD值为1.12%。结论本方法快速准确,方法简便,便于操作,可用于该制剂的定量分析方法。Objective To establish a determination method of Emodin in Tianmashouwu Capsules by HPLC. Methods To determine the content of Emodin in Tianmashouwu Capules by HPLC. The tationay phase was C18 column, mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution （80：20）, flow rate was 0.8mL/min at 40℃, detection wavelength was 254nm. Results the linear range was 2.4504μg/mL-12.252μg/mL. The recovery was 96.82% with RSDl.12%. Conclusions the method was simple, rapid and regulable, and could be used for quality control of Tianmashouwu Capsules.
