基于DICOM标准的医学图像的显示方法研究

摘　　要：针对DICOM3.0标准,系统地分析了DICOM文件格式,阐述了数据元和数据集[1]的格式,并详细介绍在Windows平台下显示DICOM图像的原理,并用3种工具包实现DICOM图像的显示:(1)利用VC++和DCMTK实现医学图像显示和调窗功能;(2)利用VTK功能强大的可视化和图形图像处理类库,实现DICOM图像的处理及图像显示功能;(3)MATLAB环境下实现DICOM医学图像格式的阅读、显示及存储方法.The format of the DICOM file,data elements and data sets were analyzed systematically.The display principle of DICOM image were introduced in datail in Windows.Then the display of the DICOM image was achieved with the three kinds of tool kit as follows：（1）realize the display on the basis of VC＋＋ and DCMTK;（2）use the powerful visualization and graphic image processing library-VTK to achieve DICOM image processing amd visualization and graphics display capabilities;（3）read,display and store the DICOM medical image format in MATLAB environment.
