摘  要:为了探讨SP受体(SPR)阳性结构在大鼠延髓内脏带(MVZ)的分布和形态学特征及其与TH阳性神经元的关系,用免疫组织化学方法系统观察了大鼠延髓。结果表明,大鼠MVZ有较密集的SPR样阳性结构分布,与SP样阳性结构的分布基本一致。SPR样阳性胞体与纤维染色有浓有淡,胞体大小、形态各异,纤维大体分为3类,即羊毛型、光滑型和串珠型,有的SPR阳性终末伸入第四脑室和延髓中央管及血管腔,说明SPR阳性终末与脑脊液、血液之间存在某种信息交流。In order to study the distribution and morphological feature of SP receptor(SPR) positive structure in “medullary visceral zone(MVZ)” of rat, we observed the situation and morphological character of SPR systematically in MVZ of rat by immunohistochemical method. The results showed that SPR LI positive structure was concentrated in MVZ. The distribution was basically consistent with that of SP. Some of SPR LI positive neurons and fibers were densely stained, and some were sparsely stained. Some were large, and some small. The morphological variation also existed among them. SPR LI positive fibers could be divided into 3 kinds. They were wool shaped, smooth and varicose fibers. Some SPR terminal contact concisely with SPR positive neurons or dentrites. In present experiments, we also observed that the SPR LI fibers were extended into the epindymal layer of the fourth ventricle, the medular central canal, or the endodermis of the blood vessels. It was suggested that informational intercourse might exist between SPR positive terminals and cerebrospinal fluid or blood. It was verified that some of SPR LI neurons were SPR/TH double labelled neurons.
