摘  要:为了确定并比较实验犬两种不同术式:Ⅰ.颈袢胸骨舌骨肌支肌蒂移植术;Ⅱ.副神经胸锁乳突肌支肌蒂移植术,治疗声带麻痹的效果。建立单侧联合性声带麻痹动物模型,分别用Ⅰ、Ⅱ两种术式移植神经肌蒂于失神经的环杓后肌(PCAM)。术后4个月取各组PCAM做超微结构检查,并做光镜组织化学:乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、三磷酸腺苷酶(ATPase)、糖原(PAS)反应。用图像分析定量并测示肌纤维直径。结果发现两种术式都能使PCAM恢复功能,第Ⅱ种术式组织化学结果优于第Ⅰ种术式。Comparing curative effects of two surgical procedures of transplanting neuromuscular pedicles (NMP) into posterior cricoarytenoid muscles (PCAM) in the experimental dog. An animal model of unilateral combined vocal cord paralysis (VCP) was established, the ansa cervicalis sternastoideus and the accessory nerve sternocleidonastoideus were separately transplanted into uninnervated PCAM. Fourth month after operation, PCAM form all the groups were detected with AChE、SDH、ATP ase and PAS histochemistry methods and the results were quantitated by image analysis. The fiber diameter was measured and ultramicroscopic structure was observed. Result: Above two surgical procedures of NMP transplantation are effective and available on curing VCP. Both can restore the function of PCAM, and the second procedure is better than the first.
