摘　　要：论述了一种用于控制花式纱线纺纱机生产过程的控制系统,系统主要由花式纱线纺纱机控制器、CAN总线网络、控制计算机及计算机控制软件等组成.花式纱线纺纱工艺参数可以通过计算机控制软件输入,也可以直接从软件系统的工艺参数数据库中选取,然后通过CAN控制总线输入到各个纺纱机的控制器中,控制器控制花式纺纱机上的交流变频器和步进电机驱动器按预定的工艺过程运行.该系统运行稳定可靠,增加了设备的纺纱花型,免去了工艺员逐台输入数据的繁琐操作,从而提高了企业的生产效率.A control system of fancy spinning frame based on CAN bus is studied.It is composed of controller for fancy spinning frame,CAN bus,epistatic computer and the monitoring software.The processing parameters can be input the epistatic computer by operator or be loaded from the database,then the data is send to the controllers of the frames through CAN bus.The motors of fancy spinning frame which controlled by the controller can accurately run according to the requires of fancy spinning progress.The system has been used in some factories,it can run steadily and increase yarn styles.It isn＇t necessary to input technical parameter one by one,the productivity will be increased.
