摘　　要：文章就牛至油的理化特性、作用机理以及在畜牧业上的应用研究进展进行综述，为饲料和养殖企业更好的应用牛至油，加快畜牧业健康有序发展，提供参考。The article summaried the physical - chemical properties of oregano oil, the action mechanism, the progress of application study in animal husbandry. It provided the information for the better application, of oregano oil in feed and breeding industry, and accelerating the development of animal husbandry.
