摘　　要：本文概述了益生素的含义，分析了益生素用作水产饲料添加剂存在的主要问题是益生素不耐高温以及菌种单一，并从改进饲料生产工艺、提高益生素的稳定性以及培育优良的菌种等方面初步探讨了解决这些问题的对策。In this paper, the concept of probiotic was described and the main problems of probiotic that applied in aquiculture feed additive was analysed, including probiotie is not able to endure the high temperature and its bacteriums are singleness. To resolve this problems, we suggest improving the technology of feed produce, strengthening the stabilization of probiotic, and breeding some new excellent bacteriums.
