摘 要:选择20只健康獭兔进行短期禁食复食的补偿生长试验,研究禁食后复食对獭兔体温、体重以及消化系统的影响。结果表明,对照组的体温保持在39~40℃之间,限食组体温在38~40℃之间;对照组的体重随饲喂时间的延长而明显增加,限食组体重增加缓慢;第一阶段对照组和限食组内脏器官重量差异不大,第二阶段限食组的重量始终低于对照组。本次试验结果属于部分补偿生长。To study the effects of dietary restriction and refeeding on rex rabbit body temperature, body weight and the weight of digestive system, healthy young rex rabbits were used in the experiment of compen- satory growth. The result showed that the body temperature remained within 39~40℃ in control group. The temperature of diet restriction group was between 38-40℃. The weight of control group rose with the extension of feeding time, while the weight of diet restriction group showed slow growth. In the first phase, the difference between control and diet restrictionl groups of digestive system weight was small. In the second phase, the weight of digestive system in diet restriction group was always lower than control group. In conclusion, dietary restriction and refeeding has little effect on the body temperature. The difference of body weight between limit food group and control group was very significant (P〈0.01)and the difference of the digestive system weight was insignificant (P〉0.05). The results belonged to part compensatory growth.
