摘　　要：生物活性肽（BioactivePeptides）是蛋白质中20种天然氨基酸以不同组成和排列方式构成的从二肽到复杂的线形、环形结构的不同肽类的总称，是源于蛋白质的多功能最复杂的化合物，具有特殊生理功能的肽。本文论述了某些生物活性肽的特性，包括它们的来源、种类、功能、代谢、制备方法等，为后续研究打下了一定基础。Bioaetive peptide is a general appellation of different kinds of peptides which are composed by 20 amino acids with different composition and rank mode in protein. They are most complicated compounds with multifunction. And they are the peptides with particular physiological functions. Some characteristics of bioactive peptides are discussed in this paper, including the or- igin, kind and function, absorbing metabolism and manufacture methods. This article is the theoretical basement for the further study.
