脂肪酸钙在反刍动物营养中的研究与应用

摘　　要：目前，能量的摄入不足是生产中限制高产动物生产性能发挥的一个重要因素，对于处于泌乳期的奶牛更是如此。脂肪酸钙是一种高能饲料添加剂，本文综述了近15年来在动物营养领域对脂肪酸钙的研究成果，就其作用机理及其对提高产奶量、改善奶品质、提高繁殖性能、提高肉质和缓解热应激等方面作了论述，同时对脂肪酸钙在应用中应注意的问题进行了说明。At present, insufficiency of energy intake is an important factor of restricting high -yield animal performance, especially in high performanee dairy eatfle. Calcium soaps of fatty acid is one kind of the high - energy feed additives. The research in field of animal nutrition during recent 15 years was reviewed in this paper. The mechanism of action was introduced and it was discussed that Calcium soaps of fatty acid could release the heat stress and improve the milk production, the quality of milk, the reproductive performance and the quality of meat, it was also explained the problem which should be paid attention to the application.
