摘　　要：本文从生活方式病的概念和特点等方面出发，探讨了不健康生活方式的表现、生活方式病的表现和原因，提出了生活方式病的诊断、预防、治疗的措施和办法。In this paper,the concept of lifestyle diseases andcharacteristics of such areas as starting to explore the performance of the unhealthy lifestyle,lifestyle diseases and causes of the performance of, put forward a way of life of disease diagnosis, prevention,treatment measures and methods.
