复杂Lisfranc损伤的综合治疗

摘　　要：目的评价切开复位内固定结合高压氧综合治疗复杂Lisfranc损伤的治疗效果。方法从2006年1月～2009午6月共收治13例复杂Lisfranc损伤患者，均采用切开复位内固定结合高压氧综合治疗。结果13例患者术后随访7～38个月，平均122个月。按美国足踝外科协会（AOFAS）中足部分的评分标准：70～80分1例，80～90分8例，90～100分4例，优良率92．3％。结论切开复位内固定结合高压氧综合治疗复杂Lisfranc损伤的疗效满意。[Objective] To explore the treatment effect of complicate Lisfranc fracture-dislocations by internal fixation combined with hyperbaric oxygen.[Method] From February 2006 to June 2009,13 cases of complicate Lisfranc fracturedislocations were treated with open reduction internal fixation combined with hyperbaric oxygen. [ Result] A mean follow - up of 12.2 months revealed that excellent results occurred in 4 injuries （25100%）, good in 8（50100%）, fair in 3 （18175%）, and poor in 1（6125%）. The total excellent and good results were 12（75%） According to the AOFAS formid foot,1 case scored 10 to 80,6 cases scored 80 to 90 and 4 cases scored 90 to 100. [Conclusion] Treatment effect of complicate Lisfranc fracture-dislocations by internal fixation combined with hyperbaric oxygen can lead to satisfactory reduction and clinical results,it is a reliable method.
