摘　　要：本文综述了有机铬的来源、吸收排泄、作用机理以及有机铬与猪生长、繁殖、胴体品质、应激和免疫间的关系，同时也提出今后在猪的营养中有机铬仍需探讨和研究的方向。The physical and chemical characteristics, the metabolism and function mechanism and the sources of organic chromium have been reviewed. Moreover, the relationships between organic chromium and growth, reproduction, carcass traits, stress and immunity of swine have al so been discussed. Meanwhile, some problems which should be studied with organic chromium nutrition on swine in further have been put forward.
