益生菌与益生协同剂联合应用的研究进展

摘　　要：益生菌是指能维持肠道微生态平衡，有利于动物机体健康的微生物。益生协同剂是指能选择性的刺激益生菌的生长而有利于动物机体的物质。随着人们对食品安全的关注，益生菌和益生协同剂在防止和治疗细菌性腹泻及作为饲料添加剂的研究变得十分有意义。本文就益生菌的作用机理及益生菌与益生协同剂联合应用的现状和发展趋势作一综述。Probiotics, as beneficial microorganisms for host health, can keep microbial balance of gastrointestinal tract. Prebioties are thought to provide beneficial effects in the gastrointestinal tract of animals by stimulating growth of selected members of the intestinal microflora. With the even - increasing concern about the safety of food, the study of probiotics and prebiotics in preventing and treating antibiotic - associated diarrhea and acting as a feed additive has become more and more significant. This article is about the mechanism of probiotics and the status and trend of the combined application of probiotics and prebiotics.
