摘 要:分析了阿尔冈金紫花苜蓿(Algonquin Medicago satire)在鲜贮、鲜草+绿汁发酵液(PFJ)、半干发酵和半干+PFJ处理条件下的营养变化及青贮效果。结果表明:半干+PFJ处理组和原料草CP和NDF含量差异不显著(P〉0.05),CP含量相差1.55%,NDF含量相差2.3%。其青贮料NH3-N含量(10.79mg·100mL^-1)和pH值(4.63)最低,说明半干+PFJ处理青贮效果最好,添加PFJ后能有效改善青贮的发酵品质,较好地保持阿尔冈金紫花苜蓿的营养价值。It was compared and analyzed that nutrition variation and silage effect of Algonquin Medicago sative which was treated by using fresh grass to ferment straightly, fresh grass adding previous fermented juice (PFJ), half- hay and half- hay adding PFJ. Results show that the CP and NDF contents of silage disposed by half - hay + PFJ are merely less than raw material 1.55% and 2.3% respectively, difference is not significant( P 〉 0.05), its NH3 - N ( 10.79mg·100mL^-1 ) and pH(4.63) of silage is lowest in all kinds of treatments. As a result, the fermenting effect of the team half hay + PFJ is best. The results explain that adding PFJ can promote lactic acid to ferment, advance the fermenting quality of silage and keep nutrient value of Algonquin Medicago satire better.
