摘　　要：植酸酶是我国饲料业中使用广泛的酶制剂，它的使用为社会带来了巨大的环保效益和经济效益。但制粒工艺产生的高温限制了植酸酶在制粒料中的使用，应用微量液体后喷涂设备喷涂液体植酸酶目前是一个有效的解决方案。由于该设备高度自动化，因此对液体植酸酶品质有很高的要求，本文从液体植酸酶的粘度、浊度、混合效果和稳定性等几个方面简要介绍了选择液体植酸酶的标准。Phytase was applied widely in China feed industry. It brought a great profit to e- conomy and environment. Solid phytase is not fit well for feed pelleting because it can not keep its activity while pelleting. Post -pelleting liquid application system is a solution in current by spra- ying liquid phytase post pelleting, but the system is very strict with those liquid product. The arti- cle was briefly introduced viscosity, turbidity and stability of liquid phytase as standards for quality acceptance.
