中草药饲料添加剂对AA肉鸡生长性能和免疫器官的影响

摘　　要：选取1日龄AA肉雏鸡40只，随机分2组，每组2个重复。1组为对照组，饲喂基础目粮；2组为试验组，饲喂添加有中草药的饲料，以观察中草药饲料添加剂对肉用鸡生长性能和免疫器官的影响。结果：全期试验组平均日增重比对照组显著提高了17．93％（P〈0．05）；饲料报酬比对照组略有提高。28日龄，试验组肝脏、脾脏、胰腺重量分别比对照组提高16．19％（P〉0．05）、37．21％（P〈0．05）和9．09％（P〉0．05）；47日龄时，肝脏重量和肝脏指数均高于对照组，而胸腺、法氏囊重量和法氏袭指数均低于对照组。Forty AA broilers were selected at thc first day, divided into 2 groups randomly, each group includes 2 repetitions. The 1 st group is control grotlp, feeds the basal diet; 2nd group is experimental group, with the Herbal feed additives adding to the basal diet to observe the production perlbrmance and the immune organ in broilers. The results showed：in all tested days, the daily weight gain in group 2 obviously increased 17.93% compared with group 1 （P 〈0.05） ;the pay of the fcedstuff has a slight increase in group 2. On lbur - week - old, the liver, spleen, pancreatic gland weight, contrasts to group 1 , increased 16.19~% （ P 〉,0.05） , 37.21% （ P 〈 0.05） and 9. 090% （P 〉0.05） respectively; on 47 days, also contrasts to group 1, group 2 has a higher increased in liver weight and liver index, but lower in thymus, bursal weight and its index.
