摘  要:本文旨在探讨发霉日粮添加微生物饲料添加剂多能宝对肉鸡生长性能和屠宰性能的影响。选用144只7日龄健康AA肉鸡,随机分为对照组、发霉对照组(50%发霉玉米代替正常玉米)、多能宝组(发霉型日粮+0.1%多能宝),每组6个重复,每个重复8只鸡,试验期为35天。结果表明:在7—21日龄,发霉日粮添加多能宝可显著降低肉鸡料重比(P〈0.05)。与发霉对照组相比,多能宝可显著提高腿肌率(P〈0.05),降低腹脂率(P〈0.05)。说明发霉日粮添加多能宝在7—21日龄阶段改善肉鸡饲料转化效率;多能宝可提高肉鸡胸肌率、降低腹脂率,改善胴体品质。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of Duo Neng Bao supplementation on growth and slaughter performance in broilers. 144 Seven - day - old broilers were al- lotted to three treatment groups consisting of 6 replicates of 8 birds : d ) control group ; 2) mycotoxin -contaminated diet group (substitute 50% moldy corn for 50% corn) ; and 3) Yi Jia Neng group (mycotoxin- contaminated diets + 0.1% Duo Neng Bao). The result showed that mycotoxin- contaminated diet supplemented with Duo Neng Bao improved feed to gain ratio (7 -21 day) ( P 〈 0.05). Supplementation with Duo Neng Bao increased breast meat rate by 12.37% ( P 〈0.05), and decreased abdominal fat rate by 32.73 (P 〈 0.05). These results suggested that Duo Neng Bao supplementation could improve feed to gain ratio (7 -21 day) and breast meat rate, reduce abdominal fat rate.
